This Hazy IPA, a collaborative effort between DouGall’s and Basqueland, showcases a pale, turbid character built on a foundation of Extra Pale malt, wheat, and oats. The grist provides a soft, structural canvas for an intense hop profile driven by heavy dry-hopping with Triumph and Simcoe. These varieties yield a vibrant sensory experience defined by potent notes of ripe pineapple and tropical mango. While the mouthfeel is silky and medium-bodied, the beer retains DouGall’s signature clean, dry finish. It masterfully balances lush, juice-like fruitiness with a refreshing hop bitterness that enhances its overall drinkability.
