A collaborative effort between Dougall’s and Basqueland Brewing, this Hazy IPA is designed for maximum drinkability. Fermented with Lallemand New England yeast, the sensory profile is dominated by a high intensity of tropical fruit esters and vibrant American hops notes of mango and crushed pineapple. The 20% adjunct grist including flaked grains ensures a signature soft, hazy appearance and a silky mouthfeel that belies its sessionable strength. It remains brilliantly refreshing, balancing a light, bready malt foundation with a restrained bitterness, delivering all the juicy, fruit-forward character of a classic New England IPA in a lighter, more approachable format.
