This Hazy IPA presents a luminous, pale straw appearance with a signature opacity. The sensory profile is defined by a massive dry-hop charge of El Dorado, Strata, and Amarillo Fruit Punch, which produces a tropical torrent of ripe guava, stone fruit nectarine, and bright citrus zest. The grist of Extra Pale malt and oats provides a soft, bready foundation and a characteristic silky texture. Fermented with Fermoale New-E yeast, the beer exhibits a juicy, ester-rich character complemented by a subtle, rain-dampened resinous note. It finishes smooth and enveloping, balancing vibrant fruitiness with a restrained, clean bitterness that highlights the quality of the fresh hops.
