The aromatic profile is driven by Citra and Simcoe hops, delivering a bright punch of citrus, grapefruit, and pine resin against a delicate backdrop of Maris Otter and Extra Pale malts. Despite its sessionable strength, the addition of oat flakes provides a soft, satisfying texture that elevates the experience. A clean ale yeast fermentation allows the hop character to remain the protagonist, while Magnum lops provide a restrained, clean bitterness.
