Chamuyo, segun la RAE significa: "Palabrerio que tiene el proposito de impresionar".
Nos juntamos 11 cervecerias, 5 bares y tiendas, 1 productor de lupulo y 1 de levaduras, para crear esta Collab con el mismo propósito.
Una Hazy IPA, lupulada con Bru-1, Strata, Citra y El Dorado de @Lupulorex y fermentada con London Fog de @White Labs, con la adición de tapas de alfajores de maicena y coco.
El resultado, una cerveza sedosa, con notas a Piña Colada, Malvaviscos, Algodon de Azucar de fresa y un dejo a biscocho. Todo se traduce en extrema disfrutancia!

What a place for brewing with a master, Mati Cavanna, and many other excellent Argentine brewers and beer enthusiasts from around Spain. Plus, a full on, authentic asado and pizza cookery. Delicious!
The brew was a hazy NEIPA featuring elements of the famous Argenitine tapa/postre, alfajores. The elements included butter biscuits and toasted coconut, that made this a luxurious, tropical, piña colada tasting brew with nice balanced hop character from Citra, El Dorado, BRU 1 and Strata.
LupuloRex is proud to be part of such great brewers, people, event and beer.
