This collaborative Hazy IPA delivers an imaginative sensory journey, weaving the tropical decadence of a Piña Colada with nostalgic confectionery. Fermented with London Fog yeast, it bursts with high-intensity aromas of sweet pineapple, strawberry cotton candy, and toasted marshmallow, driven by a lush dry-hop charge of Bru-1, Strata, Citra, and El Dorado. The inclusion of traditional Argentine alfajor cornstarch biscuits and toasted coconut infuses the grist with a delicate buttery biscuit undertone. On the palate, a silky-smooth texture carries these indulgent tropical and confectionery notes into a soft, low-bitterness finish that remains remarkably drinkable.
