Damm Duet

Created in collaboration with El Celler de Can Roca, Duet is a sophisticated Straight Sour Beer that bridges the gap between brewing and winemaking. The inclusion of Garnacha Blanca grapes infuses the profile with a vibrant Mediterranean character, offering an exuberant aromatic display of stone fruit, citrus, and subtle tropical notes. Fermented with Ale yeast and lactic bacteria, the beer strikes a harmonious balance between sharp, vertical acidity and the structural unctuousness of barley malt. This deep golden ale provides a refreshing, complex sensory experience, characterized by its clean lactic sourness and a lingering, elegant finish that honors its regional roots.
