This collaborative Hazy IPA showcases a pillowy canvas of barley, wheat, and oats, fermented with Green Mountain yeast to unleash lush stone fruit esters. A powerful dry-hop regimen yields an explosive bouquet: Citra delivers zesty grapefruit and sweet mango, while Nelson Sauvin introduces sophisticated notes of crushed white grapes and gooseberries. Rakau contributes ripe apricot and tropical undertones, harmonized by the candied pineapple and pear accents of El Dorado from the hop back. The palate is treated to a highly aromatic, modern, juice-forward profile with a remarkably smooth, velvety texture and a restrained bitterness that ensures supreme drinkability.
