Named after the last native Pyrenean bear, this juicy Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience fueled by Mosaic and Ekuanot hops. The pour releases intense aromas of ripe mango, papaya, and sweet berry from the Mosaic, intertwined with the bright citrus, lime, and subtle herbal-melon complexities of Ekuanot. It presents a thick, luminous golden haze with a pillowy white head. On the palate, a soft, creamy mouthfeel supports a wave of tropical fruit flavors, backed by a clean, bready malt foundation. Restrained bitterness yields to a smooth, incredibly refreshing, and juice-like finish.
