This collaborative Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience, defined by its cloudy, juice-like presentation and silky body. A massive dry-hop addition featuring the experimental Bru-1 hop unleashes a powerful wave of sweet pineapple and ripe stone fruit aromas, seamlessly integrated with the complex tropical fruit and berry notes of Mosaic. On the palate, the soft, velvety texture carries these luscious fruit flavors forward, balanced by a restrained but supportive bitterness and a clean, subtle alcohol warmth. It finishes dry and incredibly smooth, leaving a lingering, vibrant impression of fresh tropical hops.
