Cierzo / Garage Taste of Thunder

This collaborative Hazy IPA pours a luminous, opaque golden-yellow, releasing a tempest of hop aromatics. The nose is dominated by the tropical, passion-fruit-forward brilliance of Strata hops, complemented by the vibrant citrus zest of Citra and a grounding, dank, piney depth from Columbus hops. On the palate, a soft, bready malt backbone carries intense waves of mango, pink grapefruit, and resinous undertones. True to its design, it masterfully balances a dense, smooth mouthfeel with a pleasantly firm, clean bitterness, resulting in an incredibly juicy yet remarkably drinkable finish that captures the essence of a summer storm.
