This vibrant Double IPA, a collaboration between Cierzo and Basqueland, presents an intense sensory experience driven by a massive double dry-hop addition. The aromatic profile is dominated by the tropical and citrus synergy of Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca, supported by the complex herbal nuances of Ekuanot and the concentrated fruit punch of Cryo Amarillo. Its opaque golden appearance leads into a remarkably silky mouthfeel that carries the 8.4% alcohol with grace. While intensely hoppy, the beer maintains a pleasant bitterness that balances a soft malt base, finishing clean and dry with a lingering resonance of stone fruit and resin.
