This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant, tropical profile driven by a duo of Southern Hemisphere hops. The grain bill, featuring a blend of barley, wheat, and flaked oats, creates a pale, straw-colored foundation with a distinctive, elegant haze. On the nose, Nectaron hops provide massive aromas of ripe peach and pineapple, while Riwaka contributes sharp pink grapefruit and deep passion fruit notes. The palate is reminiscent of pure juice, offering a silky, velvety mouthfeel and a very restrained bitterness. It finishes clean and refreshing, emphasizing the exotic, sun-drenched character of these premium New Zealand varieties.
