Bailando con Lobos is a distinctive Specialty IPA collaboration between CCVK and Bailandera, artfully blending the rustic graininess of centeno (rye) with the vibrant kick of jalapeño. This dark amber ale leads with a bouquet of fresh pepper skin and citrusy hops. The palate is defined by the sharp, spicy snap of rye, which amplifies the firm bitterness typical of an India Pale Ale.
