This Hazy Double IPA delivers an explosive, quintuple dry-hopped sensory experience. A grist of Extra Pale and Dextrine malts, augmented by Wheat and Oat, creates a soft, pillowy canvas. This smooth base allows the massive hop payload to shine. Intense tropical fruit and berry notes from Mosaic and Citra dominate the initial impression, followed by the distinctive white wine and gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin. Simcoe introduces a grounding layer of pine and resin, while Amarillo adds bright, zesty orange citrus.
