This modern Double IPA presents an expressive bouquet of tropical and stone fruits, driven by a heavy whirlpool addition of Citra and a generous dry hopping of Nelson Sauvin and Dolcita. The Citra hops impart vibrant notes of juicy mango and bright orange, while Nelson Sauvin introduces sophisticated layers of crushed white grapes and gooseberries. The addition of Dolcita hops adds a distinctive, sweet floral and candied fruit complexity that deepens the overall aroma and palate. Balanced by a soft, subtle malt backing, this hazy formulation delivers immense hop-saturated depth with a smooth, highly drinkable finish.
