This Hazy IPA presents an intense sensory experience driven by a complex Double Dry Hop regimen. The heavy use of Citra in the whirlpool provides a foundational citrus brightness, while the fermentation additions of Lupomax Bru-1, Lupomax Amarillo, and Eclipse elevate the profile with layers of sweet mandarin, pineapple, and tropical stone fruit. It pours with a characteristic opaque glow and a dense, meringue-like head. The palate is defined by a remarkably thick, smooth, and creamy texture that carries the vibrant hop oils across the tongue, finishing with a lingering, juice-like citrus aftertaste and a soft, restrained bitterness.
