This Double IPA radiates a vibrant, saturated profile where the distinctive Nelson Sauvin hops lead with elegant notes of crushed white grape and gooseberry. These wine-like nuances are expertly layered over the tropical fruit and citrus punch of Citra, evoking flashes of mango and grapefruit. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, maintaining a lean malt backbone that allows the hop oils to shine.
