Caleya Stargazer

Stargazer is a celestial exploration of modern hop saturation, utilizing a double dry-hopped approach to showcase Spectrum Citra, Galaxy, and Lupomax El Dorado. The sensory experience is dominated by an explosion of tropical fruit, particularly pineapple and passionfruit from the Galaxy, alongside bright citrus zest driven by Citra and stone fruit notes from El Dorado. As a Double IPA, it balances massive hop intensity with a soft, supportive malt backbone that stays unobtrusive. The palate is treated to a velvety texture and a firm, clean bitterness, resulting in a lingering, resinous fruit finish that beautifully integrates its 8.2% strength.
