Soul Sacrifice is an impactful Double IPA that showcases a dense, creamy texture thanks to the inclusion of oat flakes and wheat malt. The sensory experience is dominated by an intensive double dry-hop addition, where the bright citrus of Citra and resinous pine of Cryo Simcoe lead the charge. These are softened by the tropical sweetness of Cryo El Dorado and a delicate floral nuance from Cryo Loral. This hop-forward profile is balanced against a clean barley malt foundation, resulting in a complex layer of mango and grapefruit flavors.
