Caleya Purple Rain

This Double IPA showcases a vibrant and saturated sensory profile, driven by a heavy double dry-hop addition of Lupomax Mosaic, Lupomax Citra, and Cryo Talus. The aroma is dominated by an intense cocktail of overripe mango, pink grapefruit, and zesty tangerine, with subtle floral and sage-like herbal undertones from the Talus. On the palate, the high-intensity hop oils provide a firm but smooth bitterness that balances a lean, neutral malt base. Layers of tropical stone fruit and mixed berries emerge alongside a clean, drying finish. Despite the strength, it maintains high drinkability with a well-integrated, soft alcohol warmth and a velvety mouthfeel.
