Caleya Metrópolis

Caleya Metrópolis is an intensely aromatic Double IPA that showcases a saturated hop profile from double dry-hopping. A vibrant bouquet of tropical passionfruit and peach stems from the Galaxy additions, while Citra and Mosaic contribute deep layers of citrus zest, mango, and ripe forest berries. The inclusion of Eclipse adds a distinctive mandarin orange and cooling pine resonance. Despite its strength, the beer remains highly drinkable with a clean, supportive malt backbone that stays out of the way of the hops. A firm bitterness is balanced by a smooth, medium body, finishing dry with a lingering, resinous fruit character.
