This Double IPA from Cerveza Caleya presents a saturated sensory profile driven by a heavy double dry-hopping of Citra, Cryo Idaho 7, and Motueka. The Citra provides a dominant tropical foundation of mango and pink grapefruit, while the Cryo Idaho 7 contributes concentrated notes of stone fruit and a hint of resinous pine. Motueka adds a bright, zesty lime character that lifts the aromatics. Despite the 7.5% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a clean, supportive malt base that allows the hops to lead.
