Caleya Heisenberg is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases an intense aromatic interplay between Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. The nose is dominated by Citra’s punchy notes of pink grapefruit and tropical mango, elegantly layered with the signature white grape and crushed gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin. On the palate, a clean, grainy malt backbone supports a wave of citrus zest and passionfruit, leading into a firm but smooth bitterness. Despite its 7.8% ABV, the finish remains remarkably dry and crisp, with a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a lingering resinous hop trail. It is a modern, hop-forward powerhouse.
