Caleya’s Catastrofonic is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies modern juice-forward hopping. The double dry-hopping process utilizes Mosaic, Bru-1, and Sabro to create a saturated sensory experience. Bold aromas of ripe pineapple from the Bru-1 lead the charge, supported by the signature blueberry and stone fruit notes of Mosaic. A distinct coconut and cedar-like creaminess from the Sabro adds a unique tropical complexity. The palate is velvety and soft, balancing a moderate bitterness with a grainy, bready malt backbone.
