Momotombo is a decadent Imperial Stout born from a collaboration between Caleya and Laugar. This powerhouse delivers a luxurious, dessert-forward experience, leaning into its pastry identity with a thick, syrupy viscosity. The sensory profile is dominated by the addition of premium Nicaragua Cocoa Nibs, which impart layers of bittersweet chocolate and fudge, perfectly complemented by the savory, praline-like essence of Toasted Hazelnuts. Beneath these adjuncts, deep roasted malts provide a sturdy backbone of espresso and char. It pours ink-black with a dense tan head, offering a warming, velvety finish that lingers with notes of dark fruit and nut butter.
