An intriguing marriage of Old World tradition and New World intensity, this Specialty IPA showcases a deep coppery-bronze body crowned by a dense, persistent tan head. The aroma is a complex tapestry of rich, bready Belgian Abbey-style yeast esters, reminiscent of ripe plum and raisin, beautifully intertwined with vibrant tropical and citrus-forward notes from American hops. On the palate, a robust, caramel-forward malt backbone supports an assertive 60 IBU bitterness, resolving into a dry, warming finish with lingering citrus peel and spicy phenolics.
