More Sparkle is a sophisticated American IPA that leans into the elegant, effervescent world of a Brut IPA. It presents a crystal-clear, brilliant gold appearance reminiscent of fine champagne. The aroma is highly aromatic, bursting with bright citrus and tropical notes, though the malt presence remains exceptionally lean and neutral. On the palate, the use of the glucoamylase enzyme results in an incredibly bone-dry finish with minimal lingering aftertaste. Despite its 7% ABV, the bitterness is notably restrained, allowing the vibrant hop character to dance across a light, highly carbonated body.
