La Tripel presents a bright gold sensory experience, characterized by a complex interplay between three types of barley malt and a proprietary Belgian yeast strain. The aroma is dominated by spicy peppery phenols and citrusy esters, complemented by a subtle floral lift from the inclusion of an American hop. While the initial palate entry is notably smooth and sweet, it transitions into the classic dry finish expected of a Belgian Tripel.
