Bóreas is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of the New England style through a bright, tropical-forward lens. Its appearance is a soft, pale yellow with a notable medium-high haze, characteristic of the style's lack of filtration. The sensory profile is dominated by a lush bouquet of citrus and tropical fruit, where bold notes of orange and grapefruit mingle with succulent layers of melon, pineapple, and papaya. The palate follows suit with intense fruitiness supported by a subtle, bready malt backbone.
