This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Bidassoa and Laugar, presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by its luminous straw-yellow hue and characteristic opacity. The aromatic profile is a saturated bouquet of zesty citrus and lush tropical fruits, leading with sharp grapefruit and lime that melt into deeper notes of mango, succulent papaya, and ripe pineapple. On the palate, the hop intensity is high yet remains approachable, supported by a soft, pillowy body that masks a restrained bitterness. The finish is smooth and clean, emphasizing the juicy character of the hops over mineral or resinous bite, making for an incredibly drinkable and fruit-forward experience.
