This collaborative Specialty IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience, showcasing the tropical intensity of Azacca hops alongside a complex grain bill of rustic rye and spelt. Aromas of mango, papaya, and sweet citrus burst forward, underpinned by a distinct, peppery spice from the rye malt. It pours a hazy, golden-orange with a persistent, creamy white head. On the palate, the juicy tropical fruit notes mingle with a light, grainy sweetness and a refreshing, spicy rye sharpness. A smooth, medium-full body and soft mouthfeel lead to a moderately bitter, dry, and clean finish.
