This Double IPA is a lush, opaque collaboration that prioritizes a creamy, soupy texture through the extreme use of Chit malt and Wheat. The sensory experience is defined by a massive saturation of New Zealand hops, specifically the trifecta of Nectaron, Motueka, and Nelson. These varieties deliver an intense aromatic profile of ripe stone fruit, mojito-like lime, and crushed white grapes. On the palate, the beer is thick and soft, showcasing dense tropical fruit flavors and a restrained bitterness that allows the hop oils to coat the tongue.
