This celebratory Double IPA marks five years of craft with a vibrant, sensory-forward profile driven by a heavy dry-hop of Mosaic, Citra, Belma, and Strata. Expect an explosion of ripe strawberry and melon from the Belma, seamlessly integrated with the hallmark passionfruit and citrus notes of Citra and Mosaic. The addition of Strata lends a complex tropical depth and a hint of dank herbal essence. Despite its 8% strength, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, supported by a lean, neutral malt backbone that allows the intense hop character to shine against a firm, clean bitterness and a dry finish.
