This Hazy Coconut IPA is a tropical escape, masterfully blending a creamy, ultra-pale base with lush fruit additions. Sabro hops added in the whirlpool provide a foundational toasted coconut essence, which is amplified by a vibrant dry-hop of Ella, Galaxy, and Enigma. The resulting sensory profile is layered with ripe mango, zesty grapefruit, and tart passion fruit, accented by delicate tropical floral notes. Thanks to a heavy addition of oats and wheat, the beer possesses a soft, pillowy texture that carries the coconut richness through to a refreshing, balanced finish.
