This Hazy IPA presents a modern, juice-forward profile defined by its deliberate use of malted oats to achieve a characteristic silky, cloudy appearance and a luxurious, medium-full body. The aromatic display is driven by an intense double dry-hop regimen featuring Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo, which impart deep layers of pine resin. This resinous core is brightly contrasted by the citrus and red fruit notes contributed by Centennial and Amarillo Cryo. On the palate, the beer maintains a soft, approachable bitterness that supports the lush hop oils, finishing with a clean, grain-forward sweetness and a lingering tropical and berry-like essence.
