¡Ahoy marineros! Nos hemos unido una vez más al equipo del Restaurante Elkano. para crear esta hermosa Pilsner sin filtrar. Hecha para el verano. Hecha para la comida. Tiene un color amarillo pajizo con un leve toque de turbidez gracias a la cuidadosa selección de maltas alemanas, donde destaca la malta de cebada Carapils, que le aporta cuerpo adicional sin agregar dulzura. La terminamos con una pequeña cantidad de lúpulos Wakatu en whirlpool a baja temperatura. La cerveza destaca por sus agradables aromas a pan, cereales y piel de lima con una sutil estela floral.

Ahoy mateys! Following the success of our previous effort, we’ve paired up with the team at Elkano Restaurant once again to create a beautiful, unique, and unfiltered Pilsner. Made for summer. Made for food. It has a straw-yellow color with the slightest hint of haze from the selected blend of German malts, where Carapils malt stands out, providing an extra body without adding sweetness. We finished it off with a small amount of Wakatu hops in a low-temperature whirlpool. The beer stands out for its pleasant aromas of bread, cereal, and lime zest with a subtle floral wake.
