This Hazy IPA pays homage to Basque cider culture with a modern, juice-forward profile. A grist of Extra Pale and Carapils malts provides a clean, neutral base, while the addition of malted and flaked oats creates a characteristically soft, pillowy texture. The double dry-hop treatment, featuring Simcoe, Idaho 7, Zappa, and Belma, delivers an intense aromatic bouquet of tropical fruit salad and vibrant red berries, contrasted by subtle Simcoe Cryo-driven pine needles. The palate is smooth and approachable, balancing lush fruit esters with a restrained bitterness that highlights the complex interplay of New World hops against a light, grainy sweetness.
