Basqueland Syrup City

Syrup City is a decadent Imperial Stout crafted in collaboration with 3 Sons Brewing, designed as a luscious pastry-forward experience. The sensory journey is dominated by an immense aromatic wave of rich maple syrup and aromatic vanilla, layered over deep cocoa and dark chocolate notes. On the palate, the 11% ABV provides a significant but well-integrated warmth that supports a dense, syrupy texture. Intense roasted malt flavors of espresso and charred grain provide a necessary structural counterpoint to the indulgent sweetness. This is a bold, complex beer where the bitterness of the dark grains and the richness of the maple coexist in a velvety, lingering finish.
