This modern Double IPA is a sensory exploration of hop complexity, driven by a quartet of Simcoe, Comet, Galaxy, and Citra. The house yeast strain and a cooler fermentation profile create a luminous, hazy base that allows the hops to shine with vivid clarity. Expect an intense aromatic burst of ripe passion fruit, zesty grapefruit, and dank resinous pine. On the palate, the hop-forward character transitions into layers of peach and pineapple supported by a clean, soft malt backbone. Despite its strength, it maintains high drinkability with a refined, smooth bitterness and a lingering tropical finish.
