Basqueland Peace Crab

This Hazy IPA, a collaboration with Lallemand, showcases an experimental yeast strain that delivers an intense tropical whirlwind. Built on a foundation of extra pale malts, malted oats, and flaked oats, the beer provides a soft, pillowy canvas for a massive double dry-hop of Citra and Galaxy. These hops amplify the yeast’s performance, bursting with vivid notes of passion fruit, pineapple, and guava. A bright layer of pink grapefruit adds a citrusy lift to the aroma. The result is a smooth, juicy experience with remarkably low bitterness, emphasizing fruit depth and a luscious, medium-bodied texture that defines the modern approach to the style.
