Basqueland Night Bloom

Night Bloom is a luminously pale Hazy IPA that showcases a soft, velvet-like texture. Utilizing a grist of Extra Pale malt, malted and flaked oats, and chit malt, it achieves a luxurious, refined body. The sensory profile is dominated by a heavy double dry-hop of Citra and Idaho 7, including their cryogenic counterparts. This results in an explosion of ripe pineapple and juicy papaya, layered with a whimsical fruit-cereal sweetness and nuances of mandarin sorbet. The result is a vibrant, modern IPA where the intense hop character is harmonized by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a clean, fruit-focused finish.
