This American IPA pays homage to the legendary waves of Mundaka, delivering a bold West Coast profile built on a foundation of Enigma hops. The inclusion of Crystal malt provides a robust, light reddish-amber hue and a smooth malt spine that balances the aggressive hopping. The sensory journey is dominated by unique Enigma-derived notes of succulent lychee, white grape, and ripe red fruits. It finishes with the assertive, clean bitterness and bone-dry character typical of the style.
