This Double IPA showcases a punchy, hop-saturated profile typical of modern craft excellence. Mosaic, used in both T90 and Cryo forms, delivers a complex foundation of dank resin and ripe blueberry. The addition of Vic Secret contributes sharp notes of clean pine and bright pineapple, while Azacca and Idaho 7 provide an intense tropical mid-palate featuring zesty tangerine and stone fruit. The experience is framed by a lean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop intensity to remain the focus. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp for its strength, with a firm bitterness that balances the 8% ABV without being harsh.
