This formidable Double IPA, presented as a Triple, showcases a dense and elegant sensory profile driven by an intensive dry-hop regimen of Mosaic, Idaho 7, Comet, and Azacca Cryo. The nose is a vibrant explosion of tropical intensity, featuring distinct notes of ripe pineapple, passion fruit, and exotic lychee. On the palate, the Mosaic and Idaho 7 provide deep layers of cantaloupe melon and pine, supported by a clean but robust malt backbone. Despite its 10% ABV, the finish remains remarkably smooth, balancing firm bitterness with a plush, juice-like texture that highlights the modern New World hop character throughout.
