This collaborative Hazy IPA, crafted by Basqueland and La Superbe, captures the vibrant energy of the Basque coast. A potent double dry-hopping of Mosaic and Citra drives an intense tropical bouquet of mango, passion fruit, and ripe tangerine, while Cashmere adds a succulent layer of apricot. The sensory profile is masterfully grounded by Loral Cryo hops, which introduce a crisp breeze of pine resin and freshly cut grass. At 6% ABV, the beer presents a soft, approachable structure where a neutral, grainy malt base serves to amplify the massive hop-forward expression without adding cloying sweetness or distracting toastiness.
