Cerveza ácida tipo Gose elaborada con sal Añana y semillas de cilantro ligeramente tostadas añadidas en whirlpool. A la preparación tradicional del estilo originario de Alemania le hemos añadido un ligero dry-hop de lúpulos Citra para acentuar los aromas frutales. Super bebestible y con una acidez aguda que hará levantarte la cresta al instate.

We put together a generous amount of Añana salt, toasted coriander seeds and dry hopped the beer with a touch of citra hops for enhancing the fruity and citrusy flavour profile of the traditional style.
