Basqueland Interstellar

This Hazy IPA pours with a luminous, opaque glow, presenting a tropical nebula of aromas driven by a double dry-hop addition of Mosaic Cryo, Rakau, Mosaic, and Ella. The Mosaic Cryo and traditional Mosaic lead with intense notes of blueberry and overripe mango, while the Rakau introduces succulent stone fruit facets. Subtle floral and spicy nuances from the Ella hops provide complexity against a soft, bready malt backdrop. On the palate, it delivers a lush, velvety texture and a vibrant explosion of juice-like flavors, culminating in the characteristic Interstellar balance of deep fruitiness and a refined, slightly bitter finish that ensures high drinkability.
