Hemos creado una French Toast (torrija) en forma de cerveza negra añadiendole arándano, canela, sirope de arce y vainilla.

Para elaborarlo hemos extraído los sabores a cereal tostado de un total de 8 maltas, entre las cuales destacan las torrefactas que le dan ese aspecto oscuro con su espuma beige consistente.

Además, hemos ido añadiendo los adjuntos en diferentes fases de la preparación para obtener un equilibrio de sabores sorprendentemente complejo y satisfactorio. Destaca el dulce de las maltas, acompañado de la acidez y amargor de los adjuntos que en su conjunto evocan al famoso bocado.

We’ve crafted a stout beer inspired by French Toast, incorporating blueberries, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla to it.

To create it, we’ve drawn out the flavors of toasted cereal from a blend of 8 malts, with roasted malts particularly giving it that dark hue and consistent beige foam. Additionally, we’ve introduced the adjuncts at various stages of the process to achieve a surprisingly complex and satisfying balance of flavors.

The sweetness of the malts shines through, complemented by the acidity and bitterness of the adjuncts, reminiscent of the famous dessert.

Garagardo beltz itxurako French Toast (torrada) bat sortu dugu, ahabia, kanela, astigar siropea eta banilla erantsiz.
