This West Coast IPA celebrates New Zealand terroir, spotlighting a complex blend of Rakau, Waimea, and Pacifica alongside the vibrant The Bruce hop blend. The resulting sensory profile is an explosion of Southern Hemisphere character, led by distinct notes of fresh gooseberry and crushed lime from the Nelson Sauvin and Motueka components. Ripe tropical fruit, Pacific Jade spice, and citrus peel dance across the palate, supported by delicate orange blossom aromatics.
