Cerveza de estilo tradicional ingles elaborada con Maris Otter como malta base, y un toque de Cristal T50 y DRC y finalmente fermentada con levadura ale inglesa, a le que hemos dado el toque de la casa con un ligero dry-hop de Bramling Cross. Aromas a mora, ciruela pasa y grosella negra. Ligera pero a la vez sabrosa y equilibrada con el amargor justo para tomártela a tragos.

Traditional English-style beer made with Maris Otter as a base malt, and a touch of Cristal T50 and DRC and finally fermented with ale yeast, to which we have given the house touch with a light dry-hop from Bramling Cross. Blackberry, prune, and blackcurrant aromas. Light but at the same time tasty and balanced with just the right bitterness to drink by the gallon.
